Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience gathering business requirements and delivering enterprise IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements.
Create user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams.
Support UAT, defect tracking, and production releases.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning.
Recommend process improvements and solution enhancements.

Required Skills:

7+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Banking, Healthcare, or Insurance.
CBAP or PMI-PBA Certification.
Salesforce or ServiceNow project experience.
