Hybrid - Charlotte, NCJob Description5-7 years of professional experience in data engineering, marketing technology, or identity infrastructure
2+ years of hands-on experience in a data clean room environment - LiveRamp Clean Room (Habu)strongly preferred; InfoSum, AWS Clean Rooms, or Google Ads Data Hub also considered
Demonstrated experience authoring clean room question logic and/or UDFs within publisher-constrained query models (not just ingestion/ETL work)
Strong SQL proficiency; experience with privacy-safe aggregate computation patterns (group-by minimums, noise budgets, suppression rules)
Familiarity with identity resolution concepts: deterministic vs. probabilistic matching, RampID or equivalent persistent ID linkage, match rate optimization
Experience building and maintaining data pipelines on cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure); Python or Spark for transformation work
Working knowledge of data privacy regulations relevant to financial services or regulated industries (GLBA, CCPA, state-level equivalents)
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $100000 to $130000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
