Pay Range: $28 - $31/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Must have skills: Previous work with state agencies
- Solid foundation of payroll taxes- federal, state and Fica taxes
- Work on tax notices, work with tax providers, power of attorneys, and 3rd party authorizations
- Has multi-state tax experience
- Microsoft Office Suites (Excel)
- Communication: Clear and effective communication
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all aspects of the project are thoroughly considered and executed
- High school with at least 2-3 years payroll tax experience
- Tax filing exp- payroll tax filing
- Attention to detail
- Fast paced
- Project exp- testing exp
- Education- HS diploma
- Payroll exp of years of exp- 2- 3 years
- Top skills- attention to detail, self-motivation, consistency
- 100% onsite
- Team culture- Internal tickets communicating with outside tax vendors, testing, and attending meetings
