Ability to process map site requirements using Microsoft Visio or alike software
Ability to work with site SMEs to turn paper batch records into EBRs in Rockwell PMX
utilizing existing functionality
Ability to design Building Blocks that can be reused in multiple processes
Ability to author requirements, SPEC, and validation documents
Ability to test an EBR full functionality in a compliant manner
Ability to work in a fast paced agile team environment
Roles & Responsibilities
Work in partnership with the Global IT team and site representatives to understand business needs and implement
innovative solutions to add value to the site while maintaining computer systems in a validated state.
Creating Production Procedures using Rockwell PMX tool.
Testing the Production Procedures in EBR (MES tool) using HP ALM tool.
Conduct Process meetings with Business Team.
Making the Production Procedure Ticket Valid.
Identify and implement technical requirements resulting in appropriate technology, application, process, solution, and information solutions and continually grow depth in one or more technologies, tools, methodologies, andor concepts. Evaluate and translate functional requirements into technical requirements. Resolve challenging technical issues via break-fix testing, trouble tickets, andor change requests. Produce and maintain project documentation as required. Exchange technical information with colleagues and onshoreoffshore technical resources Support and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of end user training andor procedures. Assure technology deliverables adhere to company and regulatory policies. Assure technology best practices include use of feedback and monitoring to enhance the state of control of delivered solutions.
