Overview

Seeking a Data Product Manager to lead complex data integration initiatives and drive product delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, and Digital teams. This role requires a strong technical foundation, Agile execution experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional dependencies from concept through launch

Must-Haves

• Experience leading complex enterprise data integrations and managing end-to-end data flows across multiple systems


• Strong product management experience across the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, design, development, and deployment


• Hands-on Agile experience with Jira, including user story creation, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery tracking


• Ability to partner effectively with architects, engineers, and data teams while managing technical dependencies and risks


• Experience driving cross-functional initiatives across Product, IT, Engineering, Data, and Digital teams


• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

• Wealth management, asset management, broker-dealer, or RIA experience


• Advisor-facing digital product experience


• Experience working in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data-driven product initiatives from requirements through launch


• Manage enterprise data integrations across multiple platforms and systems


• Gather requirements, prioritize backlogs, and oversee Agile delivery


• Coordinate stakeholders, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks


• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, customer-facing solutions


• Drive execution across multiple concurrent workstreams while ensuring on-time delivery
