Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Google Cloud Platform Gen AI Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and enterprise banking solutions.
The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, product teams, risk and compliance teams, and engineering leadership to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise AI and data architecture strategy for large-scale transformation programs.
Design and implement GenAI solutions using LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, AI agents, and knowledge graphs.
Architect Customer Data Platform (CDP) integrations and Customer 360 solutions.
Build scalable AI/ML platforms using Google Cloud AI services, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and solution governance.
Design secure AI solutions aligned with banking regulations, risk controls, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with fraud, risk, compliance, data engineering, and product teams.
Establish MLOps, LLMOps, observability, monitoring, AI guardrails, and responsible AI frameworks.
Develop reusable architecture patterns and mentor architects and engineering teams.
Required Technical Skills
Generative AI & Agentic AI
LLMs: Gemini, GPT, Claude, Llama, and open-source models.
RAG architecture, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
Multi-agent systems and Agentic AI frameworks.
Prompt engineering and prompt optimization.
Fine-tuning techniques, including LoRA and QLoRA.
AI guardrails, explainability, responsible AI, and hallucination reduction.
Frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and Semantic Kernel.
Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
Vertex AI and Gemini models.
Document AI, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Pub/Sub.
Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Storage, and Dataproc.
Google Cloud Platform IAM, security architecture, and enterprise cloud design.
Customer Data Platform & Data Engineering
Enterprise CDP architecture and Customer 360 data modeling.
Identity resolution, Master Data Management (MDM), and customer data integration.
Real-time customer insights and personalization.
Data governance, consent management, and privacy controls.
Python, SQL, distributed data processing, and feature engineering.
Vector databases: Pinecone, Vertex AI Vector Search, Weaviate, or FAISS.
Knowledge graphs, data lakes, and data mesh concepts.
Banking Domain Expertise
Banking operations and customer servicing.
Fraud management and financial crime analytics.

Preferred Candidate Profile
15+ years of overall IT and architecture experience.
Proven experience designing enterprise-scale GenAI solutions on Google Cloud Platform.
Strong combination of Agentic AI, CDP, and banking domain expertise.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
