Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain the ERM framework, policies, and procedures.
- Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks, including strategic, operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- Collaborate with business units to align risk management strategies with business objectives and risk appetite.
- Provide risk management advice and training to business units to promote a risk-aware culture.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and the board of directors.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk management activities and make recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management.
- Lead risk assessment and scenario analysis exercises.
- Engage with external stakeholders, including regulators and auditors, on risk management matters.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, preferably in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications in Risk Management are preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of risk management principles and practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in risk management software and other related IT systems.
