RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior IAM Engineer - Directory Services in Doral, FL. This role is responsible for maintaining, securing, and modernizing the Company Active Directory and hybrid identity environment.
This role combines:
* Active Directory engineering
* Identity & Access Management (IAM)
* Disaster recovery and resiliency planning
* Security governance
* Active Directory modernization initiatives
Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation:
*Directory resiliency, backup, recovery, disaster recovery testing, operational readiness (55%)
* AD architecture guidance, standards, governance, security best practices (20%)
* Support IAM initiatives with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams (15%)
* Additional AD operational support and resiliency activities (5%)
* Research and implement new technologies, automation, and modernization opportunities (5%)
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in:
* Information Technology
* Computer Science
* Cybersecurity
* Related discipline
* Equivalent experience may be considered
* 5-7 years of enterprise Active Directory engineering/administration
* Medium-to-large enterprise environments
* AD operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security
* Group Policy (GPO) administration and troubleshooting
Experience with:
* Active Directory
* Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
IAM Exposure:
* Authentication and authorization concepts
* Identity lifecycle processes
* Access governance
* IAM-related project experience
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
