Randstad Digital is seeking a Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Consultant to join our enterprise Digital Workplace team supporting a key mission-critical engagement. In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing endpoint telemetry, optimizing Windows client environments, and introducing automated, proactive remediation workflows to elevate employee computing productivity.

responsibilities:
- Extract, analyze, and interpret telemetry data from Nexthink to assess the operational health of Windows endpoint systems.
- Partner with engineering teams to guide and optimize enterprise PC Refresh cycles using actionable DEX performance data.
- Investigate and remediate application performance lags, network connectivity issues, and collaboration platform degradations.
- Formulate and implement proactive Nexthink Remote Actions to autonomously resolve common endpoint incidents.
- Monitor endpoint adoption, digital experience trends, and measure post-change user experience scores.
qualifications:
3+ years of dedicated experience utilizing the Nexthink platform for endpoint analytics and digital employee experience enhancement.
4+ years of advanced Windows 10/11 enterprise endpoint administration and performance troubleshooting.
Experience utilizing endpoint data and metrics to guide hardware refresh and deployment projects.
Strong diagnostic mindset with a proven ability to translate analytics into concrete infrastructure and end-user improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for Nexthink Remote Actions.
Familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and DEX dashboard configurations.
Nexthink Infinity or DEX certifications.
