Summary

Supports business decision-making by collecting, organizing, and analyzing data using accessible tools and methods. This role focuses on deriving insights from reports and dashboards without requiring deep coding or technical expertise.

Responsibilities

Gather and organize data from internal systems, spreadsheets, and reports.
Analyze trends, patterns, and business performance.
Prepare visualizations, charts, and summary reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with business units to define reporting needs and ensure data accuracy.
Support ad hoc data requests and routine reporting.
Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across reporting processes.

Required Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret data in a business context.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of data governance and privacy principles.
