The IT Program Manager will be responsible for creating project roadmaps, developing project plans, managing deployments, and providing weekly status updates on risks and issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of technology projects from initiation to completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, plans, and schedules.
- Oversee project deployments and coordinate with change and release management.
- Conduct weekly status reporting, including the identification and management of project risks and issues.
- Perform business and data analysis to support project objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in technical project management within a financial institution.
- Proficiency in project planning methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated experience with data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter.
