Job Title:PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: New Jersey, NJ Onsite

Duration: 6 Months Contract

Experience: 12+ Years

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Consultant with 12+ years of PeopleSoft experience who can work across both functional requirements and technical implementation.

Required Skills

12+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft experience
Strong PeopleSoft Techno-Functional expertise
Experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, and Integration Broker
Strong SQL and database experience
Experience with PeopleSoft integrations/interfaces and troubleshooting
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft application architecture and customization
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Functional analysis, technical design, development, enhancements, and production support
Experience working with business stakeholders, functional teams, developers, and offshore/onshore teams
Strong debugging, performance tuning, and issue-resolution skills
Experience with PeopleSoft upgrades, patches, or enhancements is preferred
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
