Role: Senior AI Architect (Data & AI Advisor)

Travel: Once a month (Upto 20%)

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to help clients design and implement enterprise-scale AI, Generative AI, and Data solutions that solve meaningful business problems.
This role combines hands-on architecture, technical leadership, and client engagement. You will work closely with Head of Data & AI organizations, Chief AI Officers (CAIOs), Enterprise Architects, Data Platform leaders, and delivery teams to shape AI strategies, architect scalable solutions, and guide successful implementations.
The ideal candidate brings strong foundations in Data and AI platforms, practical experience building AI solutions, and the ability to clearly articulate architectural decisions, trade-offs, and business value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, and Data platform architectures for enterprise customers.
- Lead solution architecture from business requirements through production implementation.
- Establish AI governance, security, observability, and responsible AI frameworks.
- Drive architecture decisions across data, model, application, and infrastructure layers.
Client Engagement & Delivery
- Lead architecture workshops, discovery sessions with senior stakeholders.
- Participate in prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and production solution deployments.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, frameworks, and tooling.
- Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Application Development, and Cloud teams.
- Partner with CAIOs, Enterprise Architects, and AI leadership teams to share AI initiatives.
Practice Development
- Contribute to reusable accelerators, reference architectures, solution assets, and AI frameworks.
- Support strategic pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Mentor engineers, architects, and consultants across AI and Data disciplines.
- Contribute to the growth of the organization's AI offerings and thought leadership
Work and Technical Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, Data Engineering, or AI solution delivery.
- 3+ years designing enterprise-scale AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, or Intelligent Automation solutions.
- Proven experience leading architecture for production-grade AI solutions delivering business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of modern AI architectures, including LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, AI governance, and production deployment patterns.
- Hands-on experience with modern Data & AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, and AWS.
- Experience leading architecture discussions, discovery workshops, and solution design engagements.
