RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking an Engagement/Delivery Lead.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of accountability for the Kforce consultants assigned to the engagement
* Lead overall delivery coordination, scope management, workplan management, milestone tracking, and client communication
* Develop and maintain the delivery plan, operations plan, communication plan, cadence, RAID/dependency tracking approach, deliverable review process, and decision/escalation path
* Coordinate kickoff activities, including finalization of the detailed workplan, pilot-site sequencing, stakeholder interview schedule, working-session participation, onsite/travel plan, and deliverable sequencing
* Coordinate weekly standups or agreed recurring check-ins, including feedback loops from pilot sites, working sessions, and stakeholder input
* Provide day-to-day direction and prioritization to Kforce consultants to keep work aligned to scope, milestones, assumptions, and client priorities
* Coordinate with client stakeholders, Atlas OCM leadership, technical implementation partners, IT, Engineering, field-related stakeholders, and project teams where decisions or dependencies affect readiness, communication, training, or adoption
* Coordinate the onsite and travel plan, including onboarding activities, pilot-site timing, client location travel, and one Atlas Steering Committee meeting if requested and pre-approved
* Review deliverables prepared by Kforce consultants for completeness, consistency, and alignment with agreed scope before submission to the client
* Lead escalation of delivery risks, access delays, resourcing constraints, pilot-site coordination issues, scope questions, and client inputs needed
* Support the Phase 2 Support Model Recommendation, including remote support approach, targeted onsite criteria, support cadence, role model, assumptions, and dependencies
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of program delivery, consulting delivery, transformation leadership, or enterprise project/program management experience
* 5+ years leading complex programs, consulting engagements, transformation initiatives, or enterprise PMO/delivery functions
* Experience leading milestone-based or deliverable-based engagements with defined scope, assumptions, acceptance criteria, risks, and dependencies
* Strong executive stakeholder management, governance, escalation, status reporting, and decision facilitation skills
* Experience managing ambiguous transformation programs where the team must create structure quickly, clarify assumptions, and shape a scalable rollout model
* Practical experience supporting technology rollout readiness, change enablement, user adoption, communications, training coordination, or stakeholder alignment
* Ability to coordinate across business, field operations, IT, Engineering, analytics, leadership, and third-party delivery partners without taking ownership of technical implementation work
* Experience coordinating work that involves field users, site leadership, operations teams, technicians, or other distributed end-user groups
* Strong scope management discipline, including the ability to identify out-of-scope requests and manage change control professionally
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready status updates and deliverable review
* Ability to work in an environment where documentation, site details, stakeholder inputs, and workplan details may be refined during kickoff and early discovery
* Ability to work primarily remotely with pre-approved travel for client location activities, pilot-related coordination, and steering committee participation as needed
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
