Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Data Engineer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise data solutions. This role involves creating ETL/ELT pipelines, analytical models, and scalable data warehouses. The candidate will build and optimize data models, develop complex SQL solutions, ensure data quality, and transform business requirements into actionable analytics, collaborating with Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data solutions, including ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Build and optimize data models and develop complex SQL solutions.
- Ensure data quality and transform business requirements into actionable analytics.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, and IT teams to deliver reporting and business intelligence solutions.
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement new or existing systems.
- Perform Power BI dashboard development, SQL data structuring, and API integrations.
- Oversee the development and deployment of enterprise-level applications.
- Architect and optimize large-scale data pipelines and software solutions.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience: 11-15 years of experience in data engineering, dimensional modeling, analytics, advanced software engineering, full-stack development, and large-scale enterprise systems. Experience building analytical models for supply chain, procurement, inventory, and operational analytics is necessary.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ANSI-SQL, PostgreSQL, Amazon Redshift, ETL development, and multidimensional data modeling. Knowledge of Python, Power BI, Java, .NET, AWS, and cloud-based technologies is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, IT Project Management (PMP, Agile, SAFe), or DevOps methodologies.
- Functional knowledge of SAP MM, SAP EWM, SAP SCM, and/or GEP Smart.
- Familiarity with BI tools, cloud data platforms, and data warehouse architecture.
- Experience with SCADA operations, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, and SQS.
- Understanding of security and compliance requirements such as SOX and cybersecurity best practices.
