1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience \t
Valid Driver\'s License \t
Valid Medical Card required \t
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years) \t
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
