Position Title: Executive Assistant L2
Location: Kirtland AFB, NM, 87117
Job Summary:
Tutulu LLC is looking for an enthusiastic, well-qualified individual to fill the Executive Assistant Level 2 position. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and talented group of individuals committed to driving success.
The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to SES/O-6s and SpRCO Directors. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. The Executive Assistant will serve as a primary point of contact between the Directors and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, schedules, travel reservations/vouchers, and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
Skills/Experience Required:
Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility
5+ year's relevant DoD work with practical hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant
At least 2 years' experience in a SAP and or SCI environment and worked in this environment within the last five years
May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior leaders
Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and thriving under pressure, coupled with strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Defense Travel System software
Efficiently manage daily schedules, coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements while organizing and maintaining accurate physical and digital files and records for accessibility
Must have demonstrated hands-on executive assistant experience
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Relevant work experience and training may be considered in lieu of a degree

Security Clearance:
A high-level Department of Defense active security clearance may be required. Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to government information.
Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary.
Occasional operation of a government vehicle as required.
