Our Engineer1 role is the perfect career launch pad for engineers looking to apply and build their experience. This opportunity is designed for students graduating with a Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field in December 2026 or May 2027. We provide an accelerated learning journey in manufacturing and chemical engineering. You get responsibility right away and the opportunity to make your mark through exposure to a wide range of processes and technologies.
Early Career Opportunity
This position is intended for new or upcoming graduates pursuing a Bachelor\'s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Candidates who are expected to graduate in December 2026 or May 2027 are encouraged to apply.
Key responsibilities: Reliability Engineer
Support reliability and capital improvement projects, helping ensure equipment is designed and installed for long-term performance and maintainability.
Learn and develop an understanding of plant operations, manufacturing processes, and critical equipment systems.
Assist with root cause investigations (RCAs) to identify equipment failures and implement sustainable solutions.
Participate in plant reliability initiatives focused on improving equipment performance and operational excellence.
Develop an understanding of maintenance and reliability key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement efforts.
Support efforts to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall asset performance.
Provide technical support for equipment modifications, upgrades, and site improvement projects.
Learn and apply industry standards and regulatory requirements, including OSHA, ASME, NFPA, and Process Safety Management (PSM).

Total RewardsThe annual pay range estimated for this position is $82,053.60 - $102,567.00 and is bonus eligible.
