Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more.

About the RoleDo you thrive in high-energy environments where every day brings new challenges? Are you passionate about defending organizations against cyber threats and leading a team of skilled analysts? If so, we want you to lead our Security Operations Center (SOC) as our next Information Security Manager.
This is not just another management role. You will lead the team that forms the core of our security operations, ensuring threats are identified and addressed quickly and effectively. You will be the strategist, the motivator, and the protector, ensuring our defenses stay sharp and our team stays ahead of the curve.
What You'll Do- Lead and Inspire: Manage a team of SOC analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
- Stay Ahead of Threats: Oversee real-time monitoring, incident response, detection engineering and threat hunting activities.
- Drive Innovation: Implement cutting-edge tools and processes to enhance detection and response capabilities.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with Information Security, IT, network, and application teams to strengthen security posture.
- Own the Metrics: Track SOC performance, report on KPIs, and communicate results to leadership.
What We're Looking For- Experience: 5+ years in cybersecurity with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Know-How: Familiarity with SIEM platforms, EDR tools, and incident response frameworks.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to mentor, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Calm Under Pressure: You can handle high-stakes incidents without breaking a sweat.
