We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Programmer Analyst 6 to design, develop, integrate, and implement customizable Salesforce solutions for a large enterprise CRM environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Aura, integrations, SFDX, and Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and define technical requirements with customers, business stakeholders, developers, and end users.
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and technical strategy.
Own Salesforce release cycles, deployments, and application enhancements.
Establish and maintain development standards and guidelines.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams on cross-platform integrations.
Ensure solutions comply with security and technical standards.
Provide technical guidance to development teams and stakeholders.
Develop training plans for transition to Maintenance & Operations.
Manage end-to-end technical aspects including data migration, integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development.
Define and manage Salesforce technical change and release management processes.
Design secure, high-performance Salesforce architecture and integration solutions.
Support SFDX development, branching, merging, and deployment activities using Azure DevOps CI/CD.
Identify and manage technical risks and issues.
Required Technical Skills
6+ years of strong Salesforce development experience.
4+ years developing with:
Apex
Visualforce
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Aura Components
HTML5
JavaScript
5+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
5+ years of Salesforce Digital Experience Sites / Experience Cloud.
Strong experience with Salesforce SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
Experience migrating Salesforce Classic to Lightning.
Experience migrating legacy Visualforce Portals to Digital Experience Sites.
5+ years experience with GoMeddo Scheduling or equivalent scheduling products.
5+ years experience with Conga Composer.
Experience with Salesforce configuration tools including:
Flows
Process Builder
Workflow Rules
Experience developing Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex.
Strong experience integrating Salesforce with cloud and on-premises applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
Experience with JSON and XML.
Experience implementing authentication protocols such as OAuth.
Experience with data migration, data quality, and third-party integrations.
Experience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools for requirements tracking, CI/CD, branching, and release management.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.
Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
Salesforce Certified Administrator.
Experience with Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.
Experience implementing API integrations and SSO.
Experience with cloud integration and data migration projects.
Familiarity with governmental processes, compliance, and FedRAMP-compliant environments.
