Title: Accounts Payable Supervisor

Compensation:
Pay Range: $35.00-$45.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• Join our dynamic team in a full-time role based in Los Angeles, CA.
• As an Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team, ensuring efficient and accurate accounts payable processes.
• This role requires proficiency in generic financial software and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise accounts payable functions and ensure timely month-end close.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements for efficiency.
• Lead and coach staff, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct analyses of staff workflow to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Handle urgent check requests and ensure compliance with approval processes.

Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or equivalent education.
• Bachelor''s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
