Essential Functions and Responsibilities
AI Solution Development
- Develop and maintain Agentic AI solutions using Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, and Abacus.AI.
- Assist in prompt engineering and AI workflow development.
- Develop conversational AI assistants.
Application Integration
- Integrate AI agents with Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce and ComplianceQuest.
- Support API testing and troubleshooting.
AI Engineering
- Build Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
- Assist with AI model testing, deployment, and monitoring.
Software Development
- Develop using Python, JavaScript, SQL, Git, and low-code AI platforms.
Testing & Production Support
- Validate AI responses, execute test cases, troubleshoot production issues, and document solutions.
Innovation
- Research Oracle AI, Salesforce Agentforce, Abacus.AI, Microsoft Copilot, and emerging AI technologies.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
1–3 years of software development or AI engineering experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience with Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON, and Git.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud, Salesforce, Azure, or AWS preferred.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, MCP or RAG is desirable.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP or Salesforce is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Passion for AI and enterprise automation.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
