Job DescriptionVenteon Partners is seeking a
PLEX ERP Systems Analyst for a growing manufacturing company in the Detroit Metro area.
This role will serve as the primary resource for the PLEX ERP system, partnering with manufacturing, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer service to support day-to-day operations, improve business processes, and lead ERP enhancements.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administration and support of the PLEX ERP system.
- Troubleshoot issues and configure system functionality to meet business needs.
- Design and improve workflows, reports, and business processes.
- Support new module implementations and system enhancements.
- Manage change control, testing, and documentation.
- Support EDI integrations, transaction troubleshooting, and customer/supplier onboarding.
- Lead or participate in ERP-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications- 2+ years of hands-on PLEX ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing ERP processes.
- Experience with ERP configuration, workflow design, and user support.
- EDI experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
