Logistics Associate
Location: New York, NY 10065
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Duration: 6+ Months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7.5 hours/day
Available Shifts:
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

We are seeking a Logistics Associate to support supply distribution and facility operations across clinical and non-clinical areas within a healthcare environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory levels, ordering and distributing supplies, replenishing clinical areas, and coordinating with administrative, clinical, vendor, and facility teams.
• Take inventory and order supplies to maintain established inventory/par levels.
• Count supplies and determine quantities required for replenishment.
• Process supply orders through inventory management systems.
• Monitor backorders, out-of-stock items, overstock, and fast-moving supplies.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative leadership regarding supply requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost containment and inventory optimization.
• Deliver and store supplies in appropriate locations according to department guidelines.
• Distribute and replenish supplies, patient charge items, procedure carts, and linen.
• Stock supply closets, medication rooms, examination rooms, patient rooms, treatment areas, labs, and other assigned areas.
• Securely store FDA-approved products and medications when required.
• Coordinate with vendors and ancillary departments including Facilities, Safety, Environmental Services, and Plant Operations.
• Support business and executive demonstrations through appropriate test/supply preparation when required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and appropriately stocked environment.
• Follow all institutional policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Client will consider candidates with any amount of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work in environments involving food handling and/or constant exposure to cold temperatures when required.
• Strong organizational and inventory-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clinical, administrative, vendor, and facility teams.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare or hospital setting.
• Experience with inventory management, supply distribution, materials management, logistics, stocking, or replenishment.
• Experience maintaining inventory/par levels and handling medical or clinical supplies.
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
