RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager-Consumer Data Platform in Manhattan Beach, CA.
Summary:
We're seeking a Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of a Consumer Data Platform (CDP) that powers customer insights, personalization, marketing activation, and data-driven decision making. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering, architecture, and data teams to deliver scalable customer data solutions that enhance digital experience and marketing effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the CDP product roadmap, balancing business priorities, customer value, and technical requirements
* Define and manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and releases
* Partner with engineering and data teams to support customer segmentation, audience activation, data ingestion, and customer profile management
* Collaborate with marketing, loyalty, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven personalization initiatives
* Lead cross-functional alignment, remove roadblocks, and communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders
* Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and data quality standards are maintained
* Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI-driven personalization and automation
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience
* Strong experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product backlog management
* Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, audience segmentation, and personalization strategies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer identity resolution, audience segmentation, and data governance
* Familiarity with enterprise data ecosystems, APIs, cloud platforms, and marketing technology solutions
* Knowledge of consumer privacy and compliance best practices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
