2. Neo4j and Cassandra are the highest-value platform combination

When asked where the current gap is, the manager specifically said he needs Neo4j and Cassandra with automation skills.

3. Automation development experience is not optional

The role is modernization-driven, and the manager repeatedly emphasized automation, OLAM, Python scripting, and SDD/spec-driven development.
OLAM can be replaced with Linux VM or Linux Virtual Machines in the search.

4. Python scripting knowledge

Python was specifically called out as part of the automation skill set needed for the role.

5.AI-native development / SDD experience

The Manager confirmed the team is already using Devin and SDD-style work, and he framed strong SDD experience as a key expectation.
