At Raytheon, the foundation of everything we do is rooted in our values and a higher calling to help our nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. We bring the strength of more than 100 years of experience and renowned engineering expertise to meet the needs of today s mission and stay ahead of tomorrow s threat. Our team solves tough, meaningful problems that create a safer, more secure world.
\n
What You Will Do:\n
Join the Raytheon team within our Hardware Electrical Engineering Organization responsible for the design, test, manufacture, and mission support of advanced electrical subsystems utilized in extreme battlefield environments. In this role, you will contribute to cutting-edge technologies spanning target detection and tracking, guidance, navigation, digital signal processing, and communications. Working collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams, you will apply rigorous engineering processes to solve complex hardware challenges, engineer high-reliability circuit card assemblies (CCAs), and advance solutions from design through lab integration.
\n
\n
Join the Raytheon team within our Hardware Electrical Engineering Organization and play a vital role in engineering the critical electrical backbones that power our nation's defense systems. In this role, you will design, simulate, analyze, and test cutting-edge analog electronics, high-efficiency power conversion topologies, power distribution architectures, flight termination/telemetry systems, and precision servo/motor control systems. Working collaboratively alongside cross-functional engineering teams, you will help take complex analog engineering concepts from initial requirements through hands-on laboratory integration and production support.
\n
\n
Depending on assignment needs, occasional travel to local engineering and integration facilities in Marlborough, MA & Tewksbury, MA may be required.
\n
\n
