Job Description
A candidate with a background in “Clinical Informatics” and experience at a payor or provider would probably check most of the boxes.
"Must Have" Skills/Experience
· Experience with designing/testing/optimizing tech-enabled workflows in a healthcare setting
· Experience with EHRs, clinical decision support tools, or other similar software in a healthcare setting
· Strong analytical mindset with extreme attention to detail
· Experience with testing predictive analytics and traditional AI systems
· SQL and Excel proficiency
“Nice to Have" Skills/Experience
· Experience with Gen AI, LLMs, and prompt testing
· Clinical licensure (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, Dietician, etc)
· Experience with claims and/or EHR data
