We''''re hiring for multiple Lead Software Engineers! These are individual-contributor roles at the manager level - senior scope and impact, no people-management responsibilities.

You''''ll build products and platforms from the ground up, influence architecture, and make a significant impact from day one. Ideal for engineers who enjoy solving hard technical problems and shaping something new.

What we''''re looking for:

✅ Strong backend engineering experience

✅ Strong expertise with Go (Golang)

✅ AWS & cloud-native development

✅ Passion for building scalable, resilient systems

✅ Comfortable using AI-powered dev tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) to boost productivity and code quality

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

At least 4 years of professional software engineering experience (Internship experience does not apply)

At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications:

Master''''s Degree

7+ years of experience with Golang

2+ years of experience with AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or another cloud service

4+ years of experience in open source frameworks

2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Experience leveraging interactive AI tooling to accelerate productivity, utilizing capabilities beyond basic code completion
