Description:
We are seeking a skilled Informatica Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust data integration solutions. You will focus heavily on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) to migrate and integrate complex financial datasets. A deep understanding of mortgage industry data, compliance, and lending workflows is required for this role.
Skills:
Required Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5+ years in data engineering with 3+ years dedicated to IICS.
Domain Knowledge: At least 2 years of direct experience working within the Mortgage or Residential Lending industry.
Technical Mastery: Proven expertise in Cloud Data Integration (CDI) and Cloud Application Integration (CAI).
Database Skills: Advanced SQL scripting, stored procedures, and experience with cloud warehouses (Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or Azure Synapse).
Mortgage Data Standards: Strong familiarity with MISMO (Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization) data models.
File Formats: Experience processing industry-specific file formats including 1003, ULAD, and Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac data formats.
Preferred Skills
Certifications in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Experience with automated mortgage underwriting data workflows.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
Data Integration: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end data pipelines using IICS.
Cloud Migration: Legacy on-premises data mapping translation into scalable cloud-native IICS components.
Mortgage Domain Mapping: Integrate specialized mortgage systems including Loan Origination Systems (LOS) like Encompass.
Pipeline Optimization: Tune complex SQL queries and mapping logic to handle high-volume financial transactions.
Data Governance: Implement strict data quality rules ensuring compliance with Fair Lending and HMDA regulations.
API Connectivity: Develop REST/SOAP API integrations within IICS for real-time third-party data exchange.
Collaboration: Partner with business analysts and risk teams to translate financial requirements into technical specifications.
