Your role in our mission Application and operations support for cloud-based infrastructure on Azure and AWS cloud.
- Setup environments, deploy, and maintain applications in cloud environments.
- Work closely with development and other support teams to troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure related issues.
- Collaborate with end users to address application support needs and provide technical assistance.
- Apply ITIL Service Management principles across Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request Management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to service delivery enhancements.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and support cloud security best practices.
What we're looking for - 6+ years of experience in IT Support Services, Operations, and Project/Program Management.
- Cloud and infrastructure expertise, including AWS and/or Azure, SSL Certificate Management, Firewall Maintenance, and Disaster Recovery.
- Security and incident management experience, including Operational and Security Event Monitoring, Incident Response, OS Patching, and Security Software Updates.
- Application and database support knowledge, including Operations Support, Database administration, and .NET C# Development.
- Preferred skills: InRule, Appian, and Business Intelligence Tools such as SSRS and SSIS.
