Role: IT Contract Compliance Analyst
Location: Memphis, TN (100% Onsite)

We are seeking an experienced IT Contract Compliance Analyst with a strong background in IT contract administration, budget management, procurement, and financial compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor''''s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Public Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in contract management, budget administration, financial analysis, or procurement.
Experience preparing and managing RFPs, RFQs, purchase requisitions, contracts, and budget documentation.
Knowledge of public sector procurement, financial compliance, and contract administration.
Proficiency with Oracle Financials/EBS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
