Title: Journeyman Carpenter

Description
This is an onsite position requiring 5-10 years of experience in building maintenance, construction, and carpentry.
The role involves analyzing, determining, and completing maintenance requirements while managing projects and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
Analyze and complete building maintenance requirements including construction, alteration, and repairs.
Manage and oversee building maintenance projects from start to finish.
Construct cabinets, shelves, and other specialty items as needed.
Perform preventive maintenance on buildings and furnishings.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and determine building maintenance requirements.
Construct and repair cabinets, shelves, and specialty items.
Perform and manage preventive maintenance programs.
Train and lead team members in equipment operation and maintenance.
Serve as project manager, coordinating with contractors and clients.
Qualifications
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Thorough knowledge of local, state, and national building codes.
Experience in carpentry trade tools, mathematics, and safety regulations.
Ability to lift, move, and set up tools and equipment over 50 lbs.
Successful completion of an Apprenticeship Program or equivalent formal training..
