Job Details

Qualifications ? Needed:

3-5+ years as a lead technician, manager, or supervisor in the Electronic Security Industry
Strong knowledge of installation, design, and repair of Electronic Security Systems
Ability to obtain required industry licenses/certifications
Willingness to pursue NICET II certification within a specified timeframe
Valid driver?s license and strong mathematical skills
Knowledge of fire and electrical codes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Supervise branch installation and service departments
Mentor and empower technicians and team members
Develop personalized growth plans and provide training opportunities
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Monitoring Center teams
Guide enforcement of operations policies and procedures
Lead initiatives to improve branch operations, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Champion false alarm reduction efforts
Inspire, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance
