Job Title: Sr. Systems & Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Milpitas CA (Onsite 5 days a week)
Pay Range: 150k - 160k

Key Responsibilities
Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management (Primary Focus)
\t- Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID. \t
- Manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration, compliance policies, application deployment, and device lifecycle management. \t
- Design, deploy, and support Windows Autopilot solutions for zero-touch provisioning and device onboarding. \t
- Support identity and access management initiatives including Entra ID, MFA, conditional access, hybrid identity, and SSO integrations. \t
- Partner with business and IT stakeholders to improve the employee technology experience through modern workplace technologies.
Azure Cloud Operations & Infrastructure \t- Administer Azure cloud resources across hybrid and cloud-native environments. \t
- Support cloud infrastructure initiatives, migrations, and modernization projects. \t
- Implement and maintain cloud governance, resource organization, role-based access controls, and operational best practices. \t
- Provision and support cloud resources for application development teams, testing environments, and business initiatives. \t
- Assist in expanding the organization\'s Azure footprint while ensuring operational stability and security.
Hybrid Infrastructure & VMware \t- Support VMware infrastructure and virtualized environments. \t
- Maintain core on-premises infrastructure including server, storage, and compute platforms. \t
- Assist with hardware lifecycle management, infrastructure upgrades, and operational support activities. \t
- Help balance ongoing support of legacy systems while enabling the transition to cloud-based services. \t
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of complex infrastructure issues across hybrid environments.
Operational Excellence & Security \t- Support system patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening activities. \t
- Maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity capabilities using enterprise backup solutions. \t
- Partner with security teams to support identity, endpoint, and infrastructure security initiatives. \t
- Contribute to documentation, operational processes, and continuous improvement efforts. \t
- Ensure platforms are administered in accordance with organizational security and compliance requirements.
Technical Leadership & Collaboration \t- Serve as a senior technical resource and mentor for infrastructure team members. \t
- Participate in cloud modernization and infrastructure improvement projects. \t
- Collaborate with application, development, and security teams to deliver scalable technology solutions. \t
- Work within Agile and Kanban-based delivery models to manage priorities and project work. \t
- Provide technical recommendations that support the organization\'s long-term cloud strategy.
Required Qualifications \t- 7+ years of systems engineering, infrastructure engineering, or cloud operations experience. \t
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Entra ID. \t
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in a production environment. \t
- Experience with endpoint management and modern device lifecycle management. \t
- Azure administration experience supporting cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments. \t
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, and conditional access. \t
- VMware administration experience and a solid foundation in traditional infrastructure technologies. \t
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. \t
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications \t- Windows Autopilot deployment and administration experience. \t
- Experience supporting cloud modernization or migration initiatives. \t
- CloudOps experience within Azure environments. \t
- Infrastructure automation experience using PowerShell, Terraform, Bicep, Python, or similar tools. \t
- Experience mentoring engineers or serving as a technical lead. \t
- Backup and disaster recovery platform experience (Rubrik, Zerto, or similar enterprise solutions). \t
- Experience supporting regulated or security-focused environments. \t
- Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, and vulnerability management. \t
- Prior experience with enterprise server, storage, and virtualization platforms.
