As Vice President, Global HR Operations & HR Technology, you'll play a critical role in that transformation. Reporting directly to the CHRO, you'll lead the global teams responsible for HR Operations, Colleague Experience, Employee & Labor Relations, and HR Technology, helping create an HR organization that is simpler, faster, more data-driven, and better positioned to support our growth.

What You'll Do\n
\n - Lead global HR operations, payroll, colleague experience, HR technology, employee and labor relations, and HR policy governance.
\n - Drive a multi-year transformation agenda focused on simplification, standardization, responsible AI, self-service, and automation.
\n - Improve service quality, operational efficiency, compliance, and colleague experience across a global workforce.
\n - Lead the evolution of Workday, ServiceNow, and digital HR capabilities to deliver measurable business value.
\n - Partner closely with Finance, Technology, Legal, Global Business Services, and regional HR leaders.
\n - Own the enterprise HR budget, operating performance, and continuous improvement priorities.
\n - Coordinate key priorities and execution across the CHRO office and HR leadership team.
\n - Develop and mentor a team of senior global HR leaders while strengthening succession and organizational capability.

\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\n - Significant leadership experience in global HR operations, shared services, or HR transformation environments.
\n - Proven success leading large-scale HR operating model and service delivery transformation.
\n - Experience overseeing global payroll, HR technology, and employee services at enterprise scale.
\n - Deep understanding of Workday, digital HR solutions, automation, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities.
\n - Strong employee and labor relations leadership across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
\n - Experience partnering with Finance to manage budgets, investments, and measurable business outcomes.
\n - Demonstrated success leading senior leaders and driving results across complex matrix organizations.
\n - Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence experience strongly preferred.
\n - Exceptional executive presence, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.

\n HIRING SALARY RANGE: $284,000 - $444,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
