Position AI/ML Engineer
Location : Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months to start
Job Summary
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 6+ years of experience in developing Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML models. Experience in Java is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to build intelligent solutions.
• Develop and optimize Machine Learning, NLP, and Generative AI applications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Perform model evaluation, tuning, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business, data, and engineering teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI technologies.
Required Skills
• Strong experience in Python.
• Experience in:
o NLP
o Large Language Models (LLMs)
o RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
o Vector Databases and Embeddings
• Knowledge of REST APIs and model integration.
• Understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or other GenAI platforms.
• Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment practices.
• Exposure to AI Agent frameworks and Agentic AI concepts.
• Java / Spring Boot experience is an added advantage.
Nice to Have
• Experience with AI agents, copilots, or enterprise AI solutions.
• Exposure to MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Git, Agile, and DevOps practices
