Job Title: Senior Playwright Automation Engineer

Job Overview:
Requirement/Must Have:
- Strong experience in Automation Testing using Playwright as the primary tool.
- Hands-on experience in API Testing (REST/SOAP) using Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of the Insurance domain, preferably Underwriting, Policy, or Claims.
- Experience in end-to-end (E2E) testing and regression cycles.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and scripts using Playwright.
- Execute API testing and validation across multiple services.
- Identify, log, and track defects with proper triaging and prioritization.
- Collaborate with development, business, and onsite teams for requirement clarity and issue resolution.
- Perform E2E regression and integration testing across applications.
- Analyze defects and support quick resolution to meet tight release timelines.
- Ensure quality gates and entry/exit criteria are adhered to.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Playwright with Generative AI or Agentic AI.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Experience in test data management and environment coordination.
