What You'll Do- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Leaders to ensure project milestones are achieved
- Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and impacts
- Analyze critical path activities and recommend recovery plans when needed
- Coordinate with General Contractors, subcontractors, and field personnel
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedule updates and progress reports
- Track resource loading and workload distribution
- Create project timelines from project initiation through completion
- Support forecasting, planning, and earned value reporting
- Communicate schedule changes and recommendations to project stakeholders
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Primavera P6
- Experience scheduling construction or data center projects
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
- Experience building and maintaining project schedules from the ground up
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documentation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Work EnvironmentDuring the first six months, this position will be heavily focused on supporting field operations and collaborating onsite with General Contractors, subcontractors, project managers, and field leadership teams. This role offers a strong combination of field exposure and project controls experience.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $58.00/hr.
