Detailed Job Description:

Experience: 10+ years overall, with 5+ years in distributed systems, workflow orchestration, or cloud-native architecture.

Key Skills:

Strong expertise in Temporal.io (workflow design, activities, task queues, workers, retries, timeouts, signals, queries, versioning)
Distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, Saga patterns, resiliency, and long-running workflows
Hands-on with Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, or PHP
Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD
REST/gRPC APIs, messaging platforms, observability, monitoring, logging
Production readiness: security, scalability, reliability, performance, and operations
Architecture workshops, solution design, technical consulting, and stakeholder management

Good to Have:

Experience with BPM/workflow platforms (Pega, Appian, IBM BPM, Camunda)
Legacy BPMS migration to Temporal
Presales, POCs, solutioning, and estimation
Temporal Cloud/certification, cloud certifications

Key Responsibilities:

Assess applications for Temporal adoption and modernization
Design end-to-end Temporal architecture and integration patterns
Build POCs and guide development using Temporal SDKs
Define production-ready architecture (security, observability, scalability)
Lead migration planning, technical risk assessment, and architecture reviews
Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, QA, and customer stakeholders
Create reusable architecture standards and enablement assets
Support customer adoption and resolve complex technical challenges
