Your role in our mission - Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and staff.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments, including labeling and ensuring proper postage.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, receipts, and mailroom inventory.
- Operate standard mailroom equipment (postage machines, scanners, printers, etc.).
- Drive company vehicle for local deliveries and pickups as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized mailroom area.
- Assist with general office support tasks when required.
- Follow security and confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive documents.
What we're looking for - 1+ year of experience in a mailroom, document processing, clerical, administrative support, or related environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling confidential documents and mail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and data entry systems.
- Ability to lift, push, or pull packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
What you should expect in this role - This is an onsite position in Montgomery, AL.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.
- Work Schedule: Monday thru Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- As part of our interview process, all candidates must complete an assessment. This helps us evaluate key competencies relevant to the role, including communication skills, multitasking abilities, and problem-solving capabilities.

The pay range for this position is $28,500.00 - $33,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
