Collaborate with engineering, compliance, operations, support, and business teams to define reporting requirements, improve data quality, and deliver accurate insights that support end user technology services, devices and compliance objectives.
Design, document, and diagram new data feeds and end-to-end data flows, including source systems, transformations, dependencies, controls, and output destinations for operational and compliance reporting.
Build, maintain, and optimize reports, dashboards, and scorecards using Microsoft Power BI and related tools, ensuring that metrics, trends, exceptions, and compliance indicators are presented clearly and accurately.
Create and maintain documentation for data definitions, feed logic, transformation rules, mapping, report specifications, process controls, and operational procedures to support governance, auditability, and sustainment.
Develop and tune SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and datasets to support scalable reporting, reconciliation, and feed validation across structured and semi-structured data sources.
