Senior Program Manager (OCM & Supplier Management Lead)
Location: Remote w/PI planning travel once a quarter at own expense.
(Candidates must be geographically located in DC, NY, IL, CA, or WA)

Manager Notes:
Senior Program Manager with a strong blend of Organizational Change Management (OCM), supplier/vendor management, business process improvement, and governance experience. The ideal candidate will assess and transform manual supplier management processes into standardized, digital workflows while partnering with Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to improve supplier lifecycle management from intake and onboarding through performance management and offboarding. This person should be experienced facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, creating SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting models, and driving the adoption of new tools and processes through effective change management. Strong experience with vendor governance, risk management, compliance, performance metrics, Agile methodologies, and enterprise collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is highly desired. Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, or procurement-related credentials are preferred.

| Special Skillset (Optional) | Assess current supplier management processes, manual workflows, trackers, tools, templates, and reporting practices to identify gaps, risks, duplication, and improvement opportunities. Facilitate working sessions with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate processes, review dashboard needs, and support adoption of new tools and templates. Digitize and streamline manual supplier management activities by documenting current-state and future-state workflows and supporting centralized digital solutions and alignment to our new ways of working and portfolios. Develop training materials, job aids, communications,and user guides to enable consistent use of supplier management processes and tools. Create and standardize templates, playbooks, checklists, process maps, and operating procedures for SOWs, RFIs, RFPs, SOPs, supplier intake, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding. Develop dashboards and reporting models to improve visibility into supplier selection, onboarding, contract status, performance trends, risk indicators, compliance requirements, and open action items. Partner with Procurement< Finance and other Business Stakeholders to strengthen supplier selection oversight, including evaluation criteria, scoring guidance, decision documentation, and alignment with sourcing processes. Support the development of a supplier performance management framework, including KPIs, scorecards, governance cadence, escalation paths, and continuous improvement routines. Identify compliance gaps and recommend controls to ensure supplier documentation, approvals, contract artifacts, security requirements, and policy requirements are complete, current, and audit-ready. Experience managing vendor risk and financial management experience. Ability to develop remediation plans, and issue escalation. Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of Supplier Management processes and tools. Develop communications with stakeholders and build trusted relationships with business stakeholders. Required Skills and Experience Experience supporting supplier management, vendor management, procurement operations, process improvement, digital transformation, or related governance initiatives. Strong understanding of the supplier(contract lifecycle) including intake, selection, onboarding, performance management, risk management, compliance, renewals, and offboarding. Demonstrated ability to convert manual processes into structured, repeatable, digital workflows with clear governance, ownership, and controls. Experience developing dashboards, metrics, scorecards, and reporting routines using tools such as Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience supporting RFI/RFP activities, statement of work development, supplier evaluation, supplier governance forums, or supplier performance reviews. Familiarity with agile delivery, organizational change management, continuous improvement, and process standardization methodologies. Certifications such as SAFe, Prosci, Kotter, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CIPS/MCIPS Chartered Instituate of Procurement & Supply related credentials are preferred.
