Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, and implement Appian BPM applications. The ideal candidate will work on end-to-end Appian implementation including process models, SAIL interfaces, and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and develop Appian applications, process models, SAIL forms, and reports
✅ Build integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services
✅ Develop Appian plugins and custom components as needed
✅ Work on Appian Records, Sites, Actions, and Expression Rules
✅ Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning
✅ Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders for requirement gathering
✅ Support production deployment and post-production issues
✅ Follow Appian best practices and coding standards
Required Skills:
🔹 5+ Years of hands-on experience in Appian Development (Appian BPM)
🔹 Strong experience in Appian 20.x / 21.x / 22.x / 23.x / 24.x
🔹 Expertise in SAIL, Process Models, CDT, Records, Sites
🔹 Experience with Appian Integration Objects, Web APIs
🔹 Knowledge of SQL, MySQL / Oracle / SQL Server
🔹 Appian Certified Developer (Associate / Senior / Lead) - Preferred
🔹 Agile / Scrum experience
🔹 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
