Summary

TIBCO Administrator, Plano, TX or Charlotte, NC

We have an immediate opportunity for a TIBCO Administrator to support enterprise messaging platforms in a production environment. This role requires hands-on experience with TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Rendezvous, along with IBM MQ, IBM Integration Bus, and Confluent Kafka.

The administrator will help build and maintain messaging environments, investigate production issues, monitor platform health, and improve performance and reliability across Linux and Windows systems. Candidates should be comfortable troubleshooting distributed systems, using Python or shell scripting for automation, and participating in an on-call support rotation.

This is a hybrid position requiring three days onsite each week in either Plano, Texas, or Charlotte, North Carolina.
