PRIMARY TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Implementation Ownership: Own the full technical delivery lifecycle for enterprise housing accounts from sales handoff
through scoping, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Workflow Scoping & System Mapping: Partner with customer engineering teams to scope implementation requirements and map
complex operational workflows into platform settings.
On-Site Customer Management (~25% Travel): Travel on-site to enterprise customer locations to build senior relationships and
manage critical launch milestones in person.
Data Layer & API Integrations: Work deeply within data and API layers managing custom integrations, analyzing data trends, and
ensuring clean data migrations.
Voice of Customer into Product: Synthesize implementation learnings into actionable feedback for core Engineering and Product
teams.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
3 7 Years Post-Sales Experience: Proven background in Solutions Engineering, Implementation Engineering, or TAM owning complex
enterprise SaaS deployments.
API & Data Proficiency: Hands-on expertise working across REST APIs, system integrations, SQL data validation, and complex data
migration pipelines.
Bonus Backgrounds & Culture Fit: Prior experience at high-growth startups, CRM platform implementations, or consulting-to-PM
backgrounds in an engineering-first culture.
