The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:
$42,300.00 - $63,500.00
Work Shift: This position will work a day shift, Monday - Friday.
Purpose Statement: This role requires an understanding of focus factory processes and expertise in various technical areas. The individual will not only assist engineers with projects and experiments but also provide technical support to all departments in core functions like layouts, capacity models, and ergonomics, and help build furniture and other tools to assist with these projects.
Key Job Accountabilities:- Executes Manufacturing solutions/ Provide services that are high-quality, cost-appropriate, and satisfy the customer's requirements and applies process improvement or troubleshooting as it applies to their role.
- Utilizes appropriate tools to perform necessary work including creation, analysis, and verification of documentation, programs, models, processes or production as it applies to their role.
- Demonstrates a basic, discipline-specific understanding of how they support the full Plexus Manufacturing processes / Product Requirements & Specifications as it applies to their role.
- Successfully executes responsibilities under supervision in accordance with good manufacturing practices and Plexus' Manufacturing Processes AND provide support to direct production line operators as it applies to their role.
- Basic Understanding of Equipment / Process control / Safety / Risk Awareness / setup awareness / operation of, as it applies to their role.
Education/Experience Qualifications:- Associate's Degree with 1 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Other Qualifications: - Experience with assembling furniture or equipment is preferred.
