Senior Business Analyst Wealth Management, Trading, Hybrid
We have an immediate need for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong expertise in Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Trading, and front-to-back trade processing to drive business and technology initiatives across financial services environments.
This is a hybrid position based in Naperville, IL, requiring 3 days onsite. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Business Analysis, Wealth Management Operations, Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Trading, Trade Lifecycle, Order Management Systems (OMS), Execution Management Systems (EMS), Trade Execution, Allocation, Settlement, Reconciliation, Market Data, and Trading Risk & Controls. Strong expertise in Requirements Elicitation, BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, User Stories, Process Flows, Data Mapping, UAT, SQL, APIs, System Integrations, Jira, Confluence, Visio, Agile, and Scrum will be highly valued. Experience with Charles River, Avaloq, Broadridge, Temenos, Aladdin, Bloomberg, or similar wealth and trading platforms will be a strong advantage.
