What You'll Do- Lead technical execution for structured cabling and OSP work
- Review drawings, cable schedules, BOMs, and project specs
- Perform testing, verification, inspections, and punch-list closeout
- Support project managers with technical guidance throughout the lifecycle
- Conduct site walks, identify constraints, and recommend solutions
- Coordinate with subcontractors and field teams to ensure alignment
- Serve as the technical liaison between field operations and GC
- Provide input on materials, procurement, and constructability
- Support training, best practices, and quality initiatives
Top Skills Needed- OSP experience (required)
- Fiber optic cable
