Job Description
We are seeking an EPIC Prelude Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in EPIC Cadence and Prelude scheduling and patient access workflows and a proven ability to design provider templates, configure scheduling rules, and test system functionality to support operational outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support scheduling and patient access workflows in EPIC Cadence and Prelude.
- Design and maintain provider and clinic templates to meet operational requirements.
- Configure rules, visit types, and parameters to optimize access and throughput.
- Execute testing, validation, and defect resolution for build changes and upgrades.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Current EPIC Certifications: Cadence and Prelude.
- Hands-on experience with healthcare scheduling and patient access operations.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into scalable system build.
- Experience level: 3+ years working with EPIC Cadence/Prelude or related scheduling systems.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with end-user training and go-live support.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and regression planning for EPIC upgrades.
